"I joined Kettlebell class in September of 2009. I committed myself to one year of classes with the uncertainty of being able to finish. For three years prior to joining, I had undiagnosed, constant pain in my right wrist. After X-ray's, blood tests and wearing a brace everyday for almost a year (even while sleeping), nothing worked to subside the pain...my Doctor suggested Ibuprophen. I refused to take pain medication for the rest of my life. I stumbled on to Kettlebell classes when my daughters joined Bell's Taekwondo. I had never heard of Kettlebells before, but willing to try anything once, I tried a free class to see if I could do it and of course my wrist acted up. Determined, I asked Master Bell if I could try the class one more time, this time while wearing my brace on my wrist. Success!! Four short months later, I have noticed a significant difference in my wrist. I still wear my brace to class but no longer have to wear it everyday! I am "nearly" pain free! I can now type without pain, I can actually move my wrist without pain. You have no idea what a relief this has been! I owe it all to Kettlebell training!"

"I would recommend Kettlebell training to anyone whom is wanting to make a difference in their health and lifestyles.
